What we count about visits

We count page views, clicks on buttons and links, how far pages are scrolled, which films are played, the country and city your connection comes from, the type of device, and the page or campaign that sent you. We use this to see which parts of the site help visitors and which do not.

We do not use cookies, advertising pixels or third-party analytics. A random visit number is kept in your browser tab's session storage and disappears when you close the tab. We do not store your IP address.

What you tell us

If you fill in the demo form or the contact box, we keep what you type (for example your name, work email, company and question) so we can reply and follow up about KeepInside. We do not sell it, and we do not add you to a newsletter.

Where it is kept

On Cloudflare's network, in a database owned by QR Connects India Private Limited, which operates KeepInside. Email replies go through our email providers, Cloudflare and SMTP2GO.

How long

Visit counts: 13 months. Contact details: until you ask us to delete them, or two years after our last conversation.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete your details at any time by writing to [email protected]. We reply within 30 days. This applies wherever you are, including under India's DPDP Act 2023, the GDPR and UK GDPR, and Australia's Privacy Act.
